Where You Live
Our first company-wide campaign used local landmarks or skylines of each of our 30 markets. The illustrations of iconic landmarks/skylines below are the ones I contributed to serve as the visual basis of this campaign.
Email series
Each week played off of “where you live” with copy and imagery that was dynamically customized for each of our 30 markets. The creative director, writer and I collaborated to come up with a series of 13 verbs that would work as a visual component with the skylines. I created and developed the email design and template to customize for each week of the campaign.
Additional marketing assets
As an overarching campaign, we applied the theme across social media channels as well as off-site digital ads, and to other programs within McClatchy, such as the Newspapers in Education Program.
